Zuzanna Janin (1961) is a Polish visual artist and former teenage actor. Janin lives and works in Warsaw. Janin was a teenage actor in a Polish serial "Szalenstwo Majki Skowron" ("Madness of Majka Skowron"). Janin has created sculpture, video, installation, photography and performatives. Her work has been shown in the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago; Foundation Miro, Barcelona; Martin Gropius Bau, Berlin; Hamburger Bahnhof, Berlin; ModernaMuseet, Stockholm; National Gallery Zacheta, Warszawa; Center for Contemporary Art, Warszawa; Haifa Museum of Art, Haifa; Israel Museum, Jerusalem; Foksal Gallery, Warszawa; lokal 30, Warszawa; Jeu de Pomme, Paris; Kunstverein Salsburg; Ludwig Museum, Aachen; KunstMuseum Bern; Kunsthalle, Bern; Hoffmann Sammlung Berlin; Musee de beaux art, Calais; TT The THING, NY. Janin has also exhibited in Slovakia. In 1999, her work was presented in Bratislava in the Gallery Space and in the same year she created a site-specific installation for the Synagogue in Trnava.
